The 88th Commencement of the Lott Carey Mission School, Brewerville, Liberia was held at the Lott Carey Memorial Chapel on 29 June 2012. Dr. Gregory K. Moss, Pastor, St. Paul Baptist Church, Charlotte, North Carolina and First Vice President, Lott Carey Convention, was the Commencement Speaker. In addition to fulfilling the requirements for graduation, all graduates passed the West African Examination Council tests. Congratulations to the class of 2012.
LCMS Receives a New Tractor

Rev. James and Mrs. Linda Ross Brown visited LCMS a few years ago. He is a gifted adminstrator and she is a career music educator. The added much value during their short-term missions assignment. While listening and learning in our setting, they discerned that a tractor would be a valued asset to our ground maintenance and for our desire of expanding our agriculture education program and developing a nutritional program for the students. They contacted family, friends, and churches and generated the resources needed to purchase a new tractor. We rejoice in our new capacity to grow healthy food for our campus and community.
